No true at all. Otherwise, the whole explanation was meaningless. He was definitely trying to say something. Any court will tell you that everything said has a meaning.

Wayne said the shares were worth $.25/share and the company would be worth $7.4M....That was the message he was conveying while dumping shares.

Period.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
