Don't worry, if he takes the brands somewhere else I have no doubt that he will make sure that ISBG shareholders will receive a dividend from the new company imminently, which will be "in process" and "almost completed" with "updates to come soon" as early as mid-2019 (it takes that long because ISBG always has the highest concern for fully complying with the securities laws and doing everything by the book). The best part will be that the new company won't dilute!
