Four months later they issued new Iliad notes

The February, 2016 prepayment of that earlier series of notes was great, but four months later, CVSI issued new notes to Iliad, and then issued another $750K of notes to Iliad in March, 2017. That amount won't even cover the combined annual salaries of Mona, Jr, Mona III and Dowling, BTW.

IMO, Mona,Jr, Mona III and Dowling are still trying to recoup the losses from their earlier 2013 - 2014 investments in CVSI, when it was known as CannaVest.

The reverse split is an effort to keep the upcoming conversions from blowing the OS sky-high.
