So this dilution question.

Seems like a year ago (April 2016) the company won authorization to raise the share count from 1 to 1.5b. Of course we still stand at 1 outstanding. So now the authorization is to raise to 2b, but that does not mean that tomorrow there will be 2b shares outstanding. Just the flexibility to do so. Has anyone heard that they have come forth with an offering?
