The 8-K did sum it up. It's odd that we have not heard from MTIA or PP regarding the overdue notes. I wonder if this whole mess reached its intended end...a scam ever since PP took over in 2014? One would hope that Alan won't keep the shareholders hanging and leaving us with a $0.04 stock. If this is the case, I can't believe that many of us were taken for a ride and scammed out of six figure investments. "Let the buyer beware."

It would be interesting to see the players that emerge out of Europe. I just don't see how many more patented technologies can be developed, considering the companies that currently have ones that are in different stages of the product cycle. With this in mind, maybe an investor or new part will emerge and be interested in Echo's technology. If not, it will be interesting to see the legal fallout that will likely occur on behalf of the shareholders! We have no other choice but to wait and see.
