As for NASH partnership, that is something that I keep coming back to. I hope is agreed upon and announced prior to the interim. Selling off a part of the rights to VB2XX or VB7XXX which are like 3rd-tier drug candidates (wrt VBLT priorities) is absolutely worth it to get financial stability during this pivotal time.

As far as Dror's words not being super confident, I think he just speaks directly and truthfully. He knows the risks, and makes it clear that there will always be risks. Also, didn't VB-201 fail in Ph2 efficacy in the past? I just think he does not take success for granted. But reading into those comments as him hinting at failure is a stretch in my opinion.

Also, if my hunch is correct, then VBLT is looking to partner with AZ on combo with PDL1 (Imfinzi). AZ does not have a great shot at NSCLC market, and so if VB111+Imfinzi really is as great as Dror says, then this might be AZ's ticket into the largest cancer market. They would need to bring VBLT along for the ride. Nice place to be in if you are VBLT...
