I am reading all the message in this board and seems like there are about a handful of people who likes this company. Can you help me get some more information to my questions below?

1. What's the outstanding float shares? This site said 36.5M but with the recent debts and notes release, it seems like the floats could easily double. Anyone have any clue?

2. With the recent earnings, the company seems to have a lost vs a profit compares to last year. Doesn't anyone knows the reason why (less contracts vs more R&D expense or ???)

3. If you are holding this stock, what's your reason for holding it and at what price do you think this company can run to?

4. Have the CEO ever consider a partnership or get additional revenue streams by partnering with like Waste Mgmt company or among the big waste company that can definitely use and can benefits from their technology?

5. It sounds like there will be more news, do you think there are more projects down the pipelines? The recent one was great news for the company. So I would expect there be some more down the pipeline.
