I agree. Looking up the history of APT Motovox, COVEY ran that as a scam. Diluted the hell out of the share structure and took off with millions of investors money. Stole patents which he got sued for and walked away, leaving MTVX (APT Motovox) 3+ years ago, which is why it's a dead defunct stock.
