Two of their (near as I can tell) three board members = newagehealth.com team members: Haase and Ehrlich (both Colorado-based). I was wondering how we were gonna pay them. Now, I know.

PMC is a nutrient / supplement firm. They have a deal with Engage-Global.com (lifestyle firm?). Probably get a bit of revenue from them. PMC sells some product on Amazon too.

Ehrlich has some association with Head On, a beverage for reducing concussions. I think that went belly-up before it ever really started.

Consolidation in the beverage industry. Consolidation in the nutrition industry. This was a natural cross-over consolidation.
