The problem is that Liscouski IS IMSC right now (what's left of it). So he's really almost the entire company, and he won't fire himself. There's the CFO and the remaining board members I guess, but they are probably pro-Liscouski. The lawsuit is against Liscouski rather than IMSC, which is good as it won't further affect the money left in IMSC. Not a surprise no press release or change in Liscouski's status since he's pretty much the company.
