its the people that don't vote that defaults to mgmt that could push mgmt over the NO votes - that is the only way they can win but that is way most ballots end up voting for mgmt from majority of shareholders not voting at all so mgmt auto get the votes

they should change the voting laws to make it only voting votes count

just like the Presidential elections - why the popular votes don't matter is a mystery to me - its like your votes don't even matter in the aggregate due to the electoral college system thru delegates- simply things , simplify taxes

but SEC lets make it harder to ensure shareholders are protected - put your work where it matters
