The Last time I actually read todays news release it stated that Guy LaTorre is now the CEO, President & Director of Breathtec Biomedical Inc...and Kal moved on. Quiet as its kept - that makes Breathtec a fully operated and directed American company! I'm good with that type of direction and brainpower coming out of the University of Florida, USA. It almost seems as if you guys/gals are afraid of your own shadow around here. We got Great News today - Period. There's no two ways around it. We Seek Safe Harbor...and we got it today!
