Laughing My A*%# Off....

The PR goes out and the price drops 8%. People are wising up quickly. ETST is so desperate that they announce a New Flavor! LMFAO. So many other companies have great flavors and so many more, this is the best ETST can do?

So I made a big mistake, I thought they would release a bunch of PRs, drive the price up and then dump. But people aren't buying the BS anymore, there are no real results that add up to a successful company.

The upper management is much better at spinning a story than they are at building a profitable company, but like all BS, eventually the masses figure it out. There are no less than a dozen companies far superior to ETST, and they actually make their own product, they are not just retailers. They focus their energy and resources on product development and manufacturing, not trying to convince the public that they are something that they clearly are not. Call me crazy, but the foundation of a company is its ability to generate revenue and value for its shareholders, that will never happen here. This company will need massive cash infusions just to keep its head above water, and when investor money dries up, the company is dead, less than a year.

Can't wait for the earth shattering announcement when they figure out how to make Strawberry flavors!! Lol. The hilarious part is, there is 50 plus manufacturing companies that specialize in making flavoring, juices, oils, etc. Why would this "high tech" company waste time on making flavoring, buy it for a fraction of the price. Look at the financials over the last 3 years and see how much they have spent on R&D and see what they have to show for it. Lol. They don't even make their own product (I know I said this before, but I want it to sink in for those that don't know this).

Lastly, I don't think FINRA is much of a concern, this company won't be around long enough, however, that doesn't mean that certain people won't be held accountable. Investors beware!

Badbadbad - Re the individuals that FINRA is following. I won't post a name, but these individuals always stay right below the threshold of disclosure (under the radar, smaller stock position, usually under 5%), however, they cut sweetheart deals with the company to quickly replenish their position when they sale. They do this under the guise of a consulting contract. These guys are bad, if you follow their path of destruction from one Penny Stock to the next you will see that they hurt a lot of good people, destroy the company, habitually lie, and then move on to the next. Beware of this company and anything they have touched.
