West Coast, you are right. MSX will be trading, the process is easy. As you said, once the BCSC drop their ill-advised stance, MSX pays a fee and trading resumes.
As for the BCSC dropping their ill-advised stance against MSX in favour of the fraud of Barrick Gold Corp and the Pascua Lama Project. The Supreme Court of Chile has issued the first subpoenas by a unanimous 5/0 victory by Mr Lopehandia calling the BCSC agents involved to Chile. The BCSC are allowing Barricks Pascua Lama fraud to continue in the financial markets and ignored Chile law. The Pascua deposit asset is in Chile and Barrick did not own it by order of the Chilean Judiciary via C1912-2001 and Chilean Law. The BCSC is now a guest of Chile.
The evidence of Barricks crime against MSX, JRL, the people of Chile and the financial markets is before the Supreme Court of Chile. These recent events is no small feat, MSX trading is very soon.
