Maybe the share prices are inherently over rated. Really, even transactions of a few million shares are small when you consider 4 BILLION shares are authorized.

(As Carl Sagan used to say "Billyuns and billyuns...)

It would therefore seem to follow, I think, that the share prices we see reflect only the value placed on the stock by a small handful of owners. Those owners considering the value to be essentially zero are not going to expend money or effort to trade their shares. I think it's a fair assumption that a very good percentage of owners fall into this category given the already miniscule trading prices. So,if a fraction of the owners place the value at a very small figure and the rest have essentially written it off, what's the average perceived value?
