Dilution:When-the-float-and-the-R/S-increase-without-value-added-on-the-financials-to-offset-the-share-issuance, that is called dilution. That is precisely what has been happening the whole time. In fact the A/S didn't reduce at the reverse split in November, its still 300M shares, another troubling sign.
