Chris knew EXACTLY what Framepool's debt situation was since inception. Thats why he picked up the company so inexpensively. Thats why there are Zero payments due Framepool in 2017. Those resume in 2018. This gives Framepool the time necessary to complete their BK process then when they emerge with a clean balance sheet, Chris's payments resume.

Chris knew all of this but kept it from shareholders, in my opinion.
