buyers cleared out seller and back up to where we started.buyers just waiting out those that do not have the patience.they probably won't hit the ask that much until they get the feeling that the sellers won't give it up cheap.
Good news on Russia and Saudi coming to a production cut thru 2018.
We all want this to go up ,i remain positive that higher energy prices will bring this into full swing...remember each sell has a buyer too...
