Giselle Bundchen let slip hubby Tom Brady has suffered multiple concussions

MARKETWATCH 12:14 PM ET 5/17/2017

'I'm planning on having him around, doing healthy things when we're like 100'

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen told "CBS This Morning" on Wednesday that she wants to grow old with her husband, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady.

She's worried, however, that concussions could get in the way of their dream retirement. Fortunately, judging from the official list of Brady's injuries, he's managed to avoid such head trauma to this point.

Or has he?

While no head trauma has ever popped up on any team-issued report during Brady's storied career, Bundchen says he's suffered several.

In light of the NFL's focus on concussion safety, that's a pretty significant admission from the wife of the game's most high-profile player.

"I don't really think it's a healthy thing for a body to go through," Bundchen went on to say. "That kind of aggression, all the time, cannot be healthy for you. I'm planning on having him around, doing healthy things when we're like 100, I hope."

Of course, if Brady did have concussions, and the Patriots knowingly didn't adhere to protocol, the team could potentially be fined and lose draft picks under the new rules implemented last year. But there's no evidence of that happening, other than the possibility raised by Bundchen's words.

Here's a list from "The Score" on all the injuries Brady has suffered in recent years. Obviously, no sign of head trauma on here.

Brady said in a recent ESPN interview (http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/19360436/nfl-new-england-patriots-qb-tom- brady-last-challenge-surpassing-nba-hall-famer-michael-jordan-ultimate-goat) that he's feeling good and has no immediate plans to call it quits.

"I always said my mid-40s," he said. "If I get there and I still feel like I do today, I don't see why I wouldn't want to continue."

Bundchen, especially in light of her comments on CBS, might have something to say in regard to his timeline.

"She makes decisions for our family that I've got to deal with. Hopefully she never says, 'Look, this has to be it,'" Brady said in that interview. "My wife and my kids, it's a big investment of their time and energy, too."
