Only good in the fact they can sell stock and get up to $3 million, if the money men/women want to get in for the full amount or stay involved. That's better the Chapter 7 or 11. they only had about 100k left of the previous stock sales. I think they ought to sell to a buyer who will manufacture and market it, otherwise all his hard work has been for naught!!!!!!
