I have similar questions in the somewhat parallel case of Paragon.

However, the AS is so huge in relation to the OS in the case of Paragon, that I believe it would be far less destructive to existing shareholders to survive some degree of dilution via a fund-raising through equity issuance, than an RS, since the RS often causes 90-98% losses almost immediately.
