Where do you see the cash burn as not recurring? There is no note in the financials and lawyers aren't 'prepaid' sir.

Lawyers are paid after the work is done based on hours billed. While the IPR costs have been covered, at this stage the appeals would not be as they are ongoing.

Please stick to facts here, and unless you have company disclosures to that end, it is a fiction - as that is not how lawyers are paid.

As for Kidrin differing, I'd be happy to see company notes on that as well.

No offense meant but nothing you have said above has any company links etc confirming as such.
