They don't need legitimate grounds. I'm not saying they could win. I'm just saying there are more than enough people with major losses that feel Perrin has been misleading, disingenuous and incompetent. He won't lose a cent but the bad PR on this company in particular will be one more nail. Don't get me wrong; I used to have very high hopes for this company. I have lost a ton of money here but still hold enough for considerable pain. I want them to succeed but having been doing this long enough to watch many companies sink out of sight while people on message boards say "buying opportunity". Good luck.
