Gary Spaniak, now of Springfield Coach Group mentions the Leaf. We know the connections between Imperial Coach Builders and ELCR. However the fact that Gary Spaniak heads both Springfield Coach Group and ELCR, can't be ignored. The physical addresses being the same. Is money from the sale of ELCR being used for Springfield Coach? What is the relation between the 2. Can anyone show any SEC paperwork showing the dissolution of ELCR or the link to Springfield Coach?
