I also noticed that the "premium tequila company" was not named in either PR, so one cannot do any 'DD' on this wonder company.

Maybe it's Estrella Tequila.

Side note: the Mar 29 PR says they are paying $4M for a 5% 'stake' in this unnamed company. Shouldn't that $4M be sunk into their 100% secure Open Source Pure Digital TV platform?

What a load of BS.

If Ken is paying Mexicans with bogus EGOH shares, good luck to him when his new partners realize they've been scammed.
