Crap....really should have had a stinker bid in on this, BMIC's already moved to $1.10, unfortunately I have too many new tickers to watch and not enough $$$'s to spread around and put bids in...lol.

I'm not sure I totally believe this is going to be a mobile billboard advertising business, the filings don't indicate this is a shell company but it could essentially be one, wouldn't be surprised at all to see a change of control shortly.
