I think Dixieman's version is as good as you can get from the information provided. I do not like items like this in a pink sheet company. It looks bad, even though, I don't believe they are trying to deceive. I keep thinking it is an advance or a loan from another division that cannot be posted as income yet. Trust me that is only speculation on my part. I think in retrospect, this is the reason for the market reaction the other day. I wish this was clearer.
