Here's The CEO's reply, "Hi Glen,
While the share levels are correct it was our CFO who resigned not our auditor. We had a volunteer CFO but the amount of work on the K was more than he anticipated. Malone Bailey remains our auditor. I expect to have the K filed within 14 days (we've hired Pubco Reporting Solutions to fill in and do the K and Q while I look for a new CFO).
