Hi Allen, Re: Telecomm sector........

I did a bit more fiddling around with this sector and here's a short list of companies and what their various Value Line numbers are:

VL Topic QCOM SYNA JNPR CSCO
Safety 1 3 3 1
Timeliness 3 2 3 3
Fin Strength A++ A B+ A++
3-5Yr Sale Gr 4.0% 10.5% 7.5% 5.0%
Price Stability 70 20 45 75
Price Growth Persistance 45 20 75 30

If we threw in dividend yield would it look any different? How about 52 Week High/Low price ratio?

Hi/Low Price Ratio 1.46 1.88 1.50 1.37
Dividend Yield 4.12% 0.0 1.3% 3.4%

SYNA and JNPR have the largest 52 week High/Low price ratios (good for AIM). QCOM and CSCO have the highest financial strengh of the bunch (good for sleeping) but that translates to high Price Stability (bad for AIM).

So many Facts, so hard to make a Decision!!!!
