Claimants will receive about $.13 per share. Distribution report to court by 5/18/17; then it’s settled. The settlement is being paid by Longwei's insurance companies (60% Chubb, 40% People's Insurance Company of China).

They have a book value of over $8 per share with cash of about $4-5 per share. They are itching to pay long overdue dividends and are going back to the NYSE.
