(TSXV: KSI) ("Kneat" or the "Company"), the developer of the next generation Kneat.Gx platform for regulated industries, is pleased to announce that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement for an estimated aggregate gross proceeds of $3,000,000 (the "Offering"). The Company intends to issue an estimated 5,000,000 common shares at an issue price of $0.60 per share.
