Tk, I agree 100%.

It will be difficult to raise institutional funds when we may be delisted. This could be our last earnings report before delisting. I do not see any catalyst to move us over buck unless we get new and experienced CEO.

A RS is the death blow to this stock. The naked shorters will really jump in and drive the stock to penny levels if that happens.
