Yes, it's passed. Happened on May 4th. That's why I mentioned that on the 5th we opened down 39 cents but closed 60 cents higher on the day. That tells me that Mr. Market could not justify keeping NGL down even though the quarter's distribution was removed upon the opening of trading.

I'm always impressed when a stock removes the distribution from contention and notwithstanding, the stock valuation climbs immediately. It tells me that people see the true value within. Very important to understand is that money we put into NGL is dead for three months as that's the next payout period. However, investors smelling opportunity will want to amass positions to set things up for Quarter 2.

By the way, I'm touching on a lot of stuff and you probably know much of it. I'm covering it just in case. I say this as I wouldn't want you to think I'm assuming you don't know these things. I just want to fill in blanks, should there be any.
