How do I feel about violations of an NDA? Depends.

Was the NDA necessary? Was it well drafted? Is it even enforceable?

Was the (alleged) violation justifiable?

It all depends on the specifics. If the NDA was with WOGI, I'm not sure it would even be enforceable since, hello, World Oil Group, Inc. has been administratively dissolved since last September.
