My fault for risking it but I can't believe an exchange allows scumbags to take advantage of people in the first place.

NERG was never listed on any Exchange. Nor was it even SEC registered. It was a non-reporting Pink, which is where all the garbage stocks trade.

Legitimate companies register and report to the SEC. Those that aren't don't.

And NERG didn't. That alone should have been enough to stop anyone from putting a penny in this stock in the first place.
