Yes, the SP is undoubtedly cheap!
And the NOX engines are environmentally very attractive.
Here on the far left coast, that's a real virtue.
The company, which was prostrate, seems to have risen to it's bloodied knees.
But neither the pres nor the legislatures respect those environmental virtues.
Cheap oil has cut our economic feet out from under us,
and canny Mr Bolander has profited.
What we need to happen is for Calif to mandate those NOX engines in all state vehicles and school busses.
