Nickel has given to examples. Also, there is PMEA... give it a look. Shells are acquired fairly often by reverse mergers. It is a way to take a company public and cutting through a lot of cost and red tape doing so. If you are fortunate enough to own one of these shells when it happens, it can be a great benefit to you.
