With the AS increase I assume this is probably a convertible note with conversion price tied to the stock price. Correct me if you think that is wrong. 6 months of no conversion though is a good window for an exciting story to unfold AND be reflected in the share price. Given their 13 minute video presentation for investors, I think they know how to market this to investors, at the least.
