I suspect there are no retail shareholders in the sense you mean any more.

Let's face it, if the carny "CEO" of FASC gave a tuppenny damn about any of his shareholders, he wouldn't have let the stock get delisted by the SEC while simultaneously lying to the same shareholders about his position with the SEC.
