What a joke, on May 2nd the authorized share count was listed at 100,000,000. As of May 5th, 2017 the authorized share count is listed at 950,000,000 again. Can someone check and see if legitimate filings were filed for this flip/flop? If not, this company should answer for this or the transfer agent, because I'd call that an attempt at stock manipulation. I actually almost bought more when I saw that authorized share count go down. Someone needs to provide answers!!!!
