Unfortunately, this has become a dead money stock for the foreseeable future.

COGI's PR people are a major failure. By now, private (shelf registration) placements should have taken care of the 8 Mil. LTD plus ??s for material & very much needed related acquisitions. COGI is essentially a "one pony show'" i.e. the Ecoscope.

I only have a small position remaining as compared to my investment. Did extremely well - GOOD LUCK TO ALL LONGS ESPECIALLY YOU !!
