Does anyone know the difference between Theralase's Anti-Cancer Treatment and Steba Biotech's Tookad Solution Laser Treatment that just completed its Phase 3 Clinical Trial in Europe? Expanation: My background is sales and engineering.

To me it seems as if there is little difference between the two.
