I'd have to disagree with you. The downward trend clearly was a result of and started following the debacle created by previous management. Bailey stepped in, negotiated partnerships to help fund drug development, cut staff, moved to a more affordable corporate office, and has spearheaded a new TIVO FDA trial. The R/S verbiage is in the proxy to hedge against the Oct 10 NASDAQ deadline. As unsavory as a potential R/S is, it would still be a better option than downlisting to the OTC.
