Blue, my problem (ok, another of my problems) is that there's no way to determine if this will be the actual, final codec. We had no reason to believe the last one wasn't, it seemed to be full steam ahead, amirite?

Unfortunately, as long as he owns 1/4 or 1/3 of the outstanding share, I don't think there's much we can do about it on the accountability portion of our program. He seems adept at moving on to new Board members, new big investors, etc. - who doesn't love a good story of imminent discovery and ensuing riches?
