Somebody has and is quietly buying to keep the price down so as not to create a stampede; yet. With such a low share structure, and filings up to date, a R/M is the probably scenario here. Somebody takes over the shell with who knows what kind of product and we could see several pennies quickly if a group gets behind it. I have seen this happen several times and it is always a money maker for those who have held before the run. Or, the existing company brings out a new product line. Or.....big money just decides to run it. I like all of those scenarios.
