Thanks for pointing out the specifics of the principle agreement with Craftsmen. I was crushed with real world things when the 10K hit and didn't spend a lot of time on it. But I dug up the exhibit relating to the agreement and see the criteria you noted. I have been waiting for Craftsmen to formally acknowledge CoolTech and had expected them to do it at the demonstration. Other than a sentence for CoolTech to quote back from the winter demo Craftsmen has never mentioned CoolTech on their website or in their social media. In fact, this 35 year celebration isn't even mentioned yet they posts pictures of their employees birthday cakes.
So it looks like Craftsmen hasn't ruled out partnering, but also hasn't committed yet.
From their agreement

"Upon achieving the mutually agreed technical criteria in paragraph (b) Craftsmen Industries shall offer the CoolTech solution to its current and future customer base where applicable. Craftsmen industries shall be represented by both companies as a primary uplift and integration center for Cool Technologies, and their customers."

I would think that if there comes a time that Craftsmen declares to the world that they represent and are the primary uplift and integration center for Cool Tech and begins trying to make sales that they will have sealed the deal with at least one customer. That is the PR that will get this thing moving, but more importantly validate our decision to invest.

I also agree that a one off implementation would be great. But if I were the customer I would ask that the space be reserved so that if I wanted/needed to revert to a traditional generator I could, and that the work to do so would be much less or free. I think that early adopters should expect and get a break for the risk they are taking. Several customers doing that and after a evaluation period coming back in and using the extra space for something other than a stand alone generator is what is going to give large customers confidence. I also hope they have been working the 30KVA like crazy since Jan to illustrate that the technology is reliable.
