Honig off the board of directors?? Wonder what this means. He just collected all the "pay" he was owed in shares for the last few years. It states under the explanation section #3) that he collects these shares when he's no longer on the board.. Along with all the buying these past few weeks somethings going on. Gotta be some kind of news on something real soon.
