Agreement to Merger was dated December 16, 2016. i don't think that it will be much longer. the company may be lining up some kind of material event to be released at the same time. timing may be the issue right now.

i have sent emails to the attorney and the company regarding the Super 8-K and the completion of the RM.

the current PPS will be a thing of the past when the Super 8-k is released.
