RewardStream Retains Virtus Advisory Group to Provide Corporate Communication Services
Vancouver BC – April 28, 2017 – RewardStream Solutions Inc., (“RewardStream” or the “Company”), (TSX-V: REW and Frankfurt: JL4L, WKN Number A2APX1) a leading provider of automated referral marketing solutions announces today that it has retained Virtus Advisory Group Inc. (“Virtus”), to develop and implement a strategic corporate communications program to increase the Company’s exposure among industry stakeholders and investors across Canada.
In connection with the engagement, Virtus has been awarded a consulting contract that includes a monthly fee of $6,000 and a grant of incentive stock options, which will vest in equal instalments over 12 months, to acquire 200,000 common shares of the Company, exercisable at a price of $0.13 per share for a period of three years from date of grant. The Options shall be subject to the terms of the Company’s stock option plan and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
The Company has also granted to Juan Vegarra, a director of the Company, incentive stock options to purchase up to 340,000 common shares of the Company at $0.13 per share, exercisable for a period of three years. These options vest immediately.
