I confess i no longer take TA guys seriously. Looks too much like advanced astrology to me. A bad attitude i suppose.
The things that will be most likely to lead to a major change in the PPS are not to be deduced from backward looking numerological scrutiny.
Those folks record of predictive validity is weak.
The few that actually do better than chance get hired away by the big players.
The competition in that arena seems insurmountable to me. They have the best research, the best quants, the fastest and best connected computers and access to inside info we never see.
